ALL prices quoted include FREE Normal Mail Postage unless otherwise stated. Please note that there is an additional of $2.50 if you opt for registered mail (irregardless of parcel weight).
Please kindly take note that even though our prices include FREE Normal Mail Postage, it is advisable to opt for Registered Mail as we will not be liable for any lost mail via Normal Mail since it is un-traceable, but we will try our best to help you locate your missing parcel to the best of our abilty. Orders above $100 will be entitled to FREE Courier Delivery Service.

F.A.Q:
Q: When will I receive the goods that I have ordered?
A: For ready stocks, all items will be mailed out within 3 working days upon receipt of payment. For pre-order sprees, orders will be placed with our supplier on the last day of the pre-order period. Thereafter, you should expect the goods to arrive at your doorsteps in about 1-2 weeks' time.
Q: Do I have to make payment in advance?
A: Yes, we definitely appreciate advance payment so that you will be able to continue to enjoy our pre-order special prices. Only by making advance payment will we be able to confirm your orders.
Q: What if the products that I receive contain defects?
A: We always do a stock check on our products and inspect them carefully before mailing them out. However, unfortunately, should there be a product defect, please inform us ASAP upon receiving your order. Depending on the situation, we will do a product exchange or a refund. The product should still be unused with its packaging intact.
Q: Why is the actual product that I got slightly different from the picture that you posted on your Facebook page?
A: Depending on the availability of stocks and the size of the order, manufacturers may vary the packaging of the products. In addition, in order for us to pass on significant cost savings to our customers, we may use bubble wraps instead of fanciful boxes to package small products so that your goods are protected and are more compact. However, should you want your goods to be packaged in a specific way, please kindly email us your request and we will try our best to meet your expectations. Our team at Kitchenique will always strive to provide our customers with product images that are closest to the actual product. However, we seek for your kind understanding when occasionally, there may be minor discrepancies due to lighting effects of the photos or your monitor settings.
